The shareholder conference of Softline AG about the short fiscal year 2009 took place in Munich on 9th July 2010.
An essential part was the presentation of the international expansion strategy led by the executive board team of Prof. Dr. Knut Löschke and Christoph Michel. The second essential increase of capital received the approval of the shareholders with a majority vote of over 99.9%.
Further decisions including the relocation of the headquarters to Leipzig, as well as reducing the amount of work for executive board and supervisory board also received majorities of over 99%.
