Change in the Supervisory Board of Softline AG

Leipzig, 11 May 2021 - Softline AG, parent company of the internationally active IT consulting company Softline Group, with a focus on IT- and Software Asset Management, Cloud and Future Datacenter, Information- and IT-Security as well as Digital Workplace, announces a change in its Supervisory Board.

On 07 April 2021, the transfer of the shares (63.38 percent) of the former main shareholder S.K. Management- und Beteiligungsgesellschaft GmbH (S.K.MB) to the global IT company Softline International, headquartered in London, was completed. The previous Supervisory Board member Florian Schulte (S.K.MB) resigned his mandate on 05 May 2021; Andrew Morrison (Softline International) was appointed as his successor.

Andrew Morrison, Global Vice President Services & Solutions at Softline International, is looking forward to his new role as a member of the Supervisory Board at Softline AG: "I have been working in the IT industry for almost 25 years, and a major focus of my work has been to create and drive growth, increase revenue and expand market relevance. I would also like to bring this experience to the Softline Group in my position as a Supervisory Board member in the form of recommendations for innovation and company growth."

"We look forward to working with our new Supervisory Board member Andrew Morrison from Softline International to drive the internationalisation of the Softline Group. With our new main shareholder, we have a global IT services company with around 4,500 employees in 50 countries at our side, this enables us to open up further markets worldwide and to establish the services of Softline International in our European core markets in the long term," says Martin Schaletzky, CEO of Softline AG.
