Your Application: Format and Content
We appreciate your interest in working at Softline! There are really only three “golden rules” for a successful application with us: completeness, clarity, and structure.
Please submit your detailed application (resume in table format, current or relevant certificates, and references if applicable) through our career portal. If you don’t find a suitable job posting, we’d also be happy to receive your unsolicited application through the same channel. Please make sure you have a relevant professional background. Please also include your salary expectations and your earliest possible start date, as well as your contact information.
Technical Requirements
A single document must not exceed 15 MB. Please combine multiple documents into a single file.

What happens after you submit your application?
Information about the application process
After you submit your application materials, you will first receive an automated confirmation of receipt from us.
Once we receive your application, our recruiter will first review it to assess your professional qualifications. You will generally hear back from us within one week at the latest.
If we decide to move forward with your application, you will receive an invitation to an introductory phone or virtual interview with our recruiter.
Your application will then be forwarded to the relevant department along with the feedback from the introductory meeting. If the department gives the go-ahead, you will receive an invitation to an interview.
The interview will take place either via Microsoft Teams or in person. If you live in Leipzig and/or the surrounding area and an in-person meeting is possible, we would be delighted to have you visit our office in person. The interview panel will consist of the recruiter and the relevant department heads.
After the interview, you will usually receive a response within a week. In rare cases (e.g., due to illness or vacation), it may take a little longer. In such cases, our recruiter will inform you of the current status and keep you updated.
If the feedback from the department regarding the interview is positive and a follow-up interview is scheduled, we will work with you to schedule it as soon as possible.
After the interviews, you will usually receive a final response within a week. Of course, we guarantee that your personal information and documents will be handled with the utmost confidentiality.
