Change in main shareholder structure: Softline & Softline AG join forces to grow internationally

Leipzig, December 15th, 2020 – The Softline Group, an international IT consulting company focusing on Software Asset Management (SAM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM), Cloud and Future Datacenter, Information- and IT-Security as well as Digital Workplace, announces a shift in its main shareholders structure.

On December 10th 2020 the current main shareholder, S.K. Management- und Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH (S.K.MB), signed a contract to sell its stake of 63,38 percent of Softline AG’s shares to the global IT company Softline International with HQ in London. Both parties expect the transfer of the shares (closing) to be completed by 31 March 2021.
