Softline Group renames its subsidiary Prometheus to Softline Services
Leipzig, Nieuwegein, Antwerp, London, Munich, Vienna, Paris, 21.03.2017 – Softline Group, an international IT consulting group focusing on Software Asset Management (SAM), IT security, virtualization, and infrastructure management, renamed its subsidiary Prometheus GmbH, based in Aschheim near Munich, to Softline Services GmbH on the 16 of March 2017.
„For six years Prometheus has been an important part of the Softline Group, so I am very pleased that the subsidiary is now also aligned brand wise. On a professional level a coordinated infrastructure management service offering already exists, which is based on the core competencies of the German subsidiaries Softline Solutions GmbH and Softline Services GmbH. Renaming the organisation to Softline Services fits perfectly with earlier messaging on our group’s growth strategy and will help our organisation to move forward on an international scale“, says Martin Schaletzky, CEO of the Softline Group.
